"Lita is always so great with the kids. She listens to them. And asks them what they want, what they like. When she's done she makes sure they are happy with it. Talks to them the whole time and treats then respectfully, where most people don't ask my kids anything. Only me. And I'm a firm believer of its their hair and they are old enough to make those choices. I love watching my kids get home and just geek out because they love the cuts so much!! Attention to detail. She's also one of the only people I let work on my hair, and I am VERY particular. Never left there unhappy with results for me as an adult or my children."
