"My girls have been attending the before-school care for 3 years now. I have never had a single problem with them there and the workers are friendly and very good with the children. I have observed them handle discipline issues professionally and effectively and my daughters enjoy going every morning. There is a variety of activities, games, books, and crafts for the children to engage with, and they have always been diligent with giving one of my girls her medication at the correct time. The also were on the ball with the transportation issues the district had at the beginning of the 2018-2019 school year. I will continue to use this service until my girls outgrow the need!"
"Extremely disappointed. I sent my 6 year old son there for ONE day and he was punched in the eye. I went to pick him up and was notified about the incident at the time of pick up. The child that assalted my son was still present at the facility. The next day, I receive a phone call from the director of the camp stating they were sorry. She went over the protocol of what is to happen when a child is injured/assalted and nothing was done properly. All she could do was apologize. I was issued a refund and have been waiting for about 2+ weeks for my money. I called again today and the check was “lost” and I have to wait an additional 2 weeks for my money. This issue will be going to the local news!"
