"super annoying because they use our apartment parking lot for their parking and they always fly out when they get off."
"Our child attended this daycare for a few years. He attended 5 days a week and our family paid hundreds of dollars every week faithfully and on time. When the pandemic forced my brand new kindergartener to begin kindergarten virtually I had to come and pull him out of Toddler Tech because the teacher in charge did NOT have my child logged in and doing what needed to be done! This occurred on a Monday morning and after being notified by my child's elementary that he wasn't present, I went to pick him up immediately that morning and we didn't return. I explained to the administrator why we would not be returning. The administrator has been extremely unprofessional and rude, and has been trying to charge our family for a week of daycare that was never provided due to their own failure to provide what was needed for my child to be present for his virtual learning obligation. If you are looking for a daycare that can help your child attend virtual class while you work- I do not recommend Toddler Tech! After our child completed Pre-K at Toddler Tech we declined to sign a new contract with them due to the uncertainty of the pandemic and the inability to provide a "2 week notice" of withdrawal under the circumstances! They agreed, and assured us that they would be able to provide an environment for the kindergarteners to attend their virtual learning. Unfortunately, this was not the case! Toddler Tech seems to be more worried about money than quality of care for the children."
