"The lady doing the online pickup is SO RUDE. She acts like everyone is stupid that walks up. It’s not that hard to ask for a confirmation email and a photo ID. Yet she makes It seem like it’s the hardest job in the world. Take a happy pill and get over yourself lady. We’re all stressed out too. Wish I could’ve just ordered this ONE BOOK on amazon but of course It’s a Cincy state specific book. Thank god I can order everything else on amazon where customer service rocks!!!!"
