"I've never seen something so organize that it becomes chaos before. Good job, you've created a maze on line, on the phone and in person! A maze that's so good, it's impossible to get thought."

"They don't call back. Had an unnecessarily rude case worker and a messed up system has me owing to them. I called and left several messages to get it taken care of and out of the way. I asked my questions on the voice-mail. Think they plot to get you into more trouble and more problems, honestly. Was supposed to receive something in the mail, didn't happen. Had a hearing and they decided to call me back the minute before the hearing officer called me. This doesn't help people. Robin and Kelly are awful people. They say they send things and don't, which gets me in trouble."

"They are rude and heartless. Mercer county is the only county if you don't already have a job you have to go there and do nothing. If you are unable to complete the hours they sanction your food stamps. If I could I would rate them no stars."
