"After getting quotes from three other landscape companies I felt most comfortable with SmithScapes who was the second highest bid. I appreciated Brian's (the owner) responsiveness, punctuality, and friendly personality in our first interaction and was very happy that this continued throughout our project. The landscape design that was completed for us was thorough and well-explained and the final product was spot-on to what I was expecting. Our patio looks amazing - all our guests comment on how beautiful our backyard is. This is not to say that the project went flawlessly. To not expect some hiccup on a $50,000 land grading, deck removal, landscaping, paver installation, firepit building, etc. project is unrealistic. However, whenever I did have questions or concerns, Anna-Marie, Allen, or Brian checked on the issue and resolved it quickly and fairly. I would recommend SmithScapes to anyone, residential or commercial, and would use them again for future projects."
