However, there were lots of issues with organization and finding out the contract was too vague. The lazy river part doesn't really move enough water to move you around, which was a concern of mine at the beginning of the project. I was told to relax and rely on their experience. Since then, Todd Kramer reached out and is making the job right. That is all you can ask for as a customer! Great customer service."
