She is conscientious about pressure and taking the time to work out knots without leaving soreness after - as long as you drink plenty of water after to flush the toxins! "I unknowingly scheduled an appointment with an "apprentice" for a cut/style. The owner had to begin the haircut and explain to the apprentice how to proceed with the cut. I could tell the apprentice wasn't ready and should have stopped the appointment at that point, but regretfully I didn't and now I'm left with a horrible haircut that I have to have fixed. I was looking forward to an Aveda experience and unfortunately, that did not happen. The apprentice by no means should be left alone to cut hair without complete supervision."
