"I've been using Tsunami Jim's to open and close my pool for the last 5 years; however, the last couple years have been poor customer service/communication. Most recently, I scheduled my pool to be closed over a month ago. Upon first calling, Kathy was not at the store but assured me she'll put me in the books for the same time frame as last year's closing. When I didn't hear back for a few days, I called to confirm what date (so I could be prepared). She confirmed me for the week of 10/10. Sunday 10/9 I spent the day draining my pool, prepping tubes, tarp, etc... A week went by, and my pool is still open. When I called her this past Saturday, not only did she not apologize, she replied to my question with a sarcastic remark, and then proceeded to tell me my house is "out of their radius", and some guy (who is not on their payroll, does work on the side), will reach out to me. Here we are a few days later, and still no call, no show. As much as I want to support a local business, this one obviously doesn't need/want it. I am disappointed and frustrated to say the least."

"I called when they opened on a Tuesday morning to get on the schedule since my pump was going out. Cathy asked a few questions and the service team came that day. They had a new pump installed and running before I got home from work! Even called me back after hours to answer my questions."

"I will never step foot in this place again! I stopped in looking for chlorine tablets as our normal place did not have any. A young lady ask me right away how she could help. She quickly grabbed a bucket of tablets and placed on counter for me. She was very helpful and nice. As I was checking out, the young lady asked for my name to look in their system. I told her I probably wasn’t in there and gave her my name. Another lady behind the counter, asked where I usually go. I told her to The Pool Store, who put our pool in. She asked me why I hadn’t gone there. I explained they did not have any tablets in today and I needed them. She said, “so you are here taking our supplies away from our customers?” I honestly was speechless. I’ve never been talked to so rudely over a purchase. I do not know if this lady is the owner or not but she has no worries about me doing anything again because I will never be back. Now I know why they had plenty of supplies and no one in the store! Plus price was incredibly inflated."

"We’ve found our pool place today!! We haven’t had them service our pool yet, but we are definitely going to for now on! Cathy was more than sweet over the phone, and very helpful. My Dad and I came into their showroom store today, and both Cathy & Jim were so nice and very knowledgeable. I have issues with my lining and more, and Jim took the time to stop by my home after his store closed! That spoke VOLUMES to me! I believe Tsunami Jims is a reputable pool company, and we will be using them for all of our pool needs."
