"I recently had a follow up appointment for second permanent make up visit for eyebrow tattooing. This was after spending over 1300 dollars on several previous appointments and products to have my previous eyebrow’s tattoo lighted before getting a new tattoo. My appointment was on Monday morning at 9 am. I came down ill on Sunday evening and was unable to reach out to the salon as they were closed. But I was able to contact the technician and let her know on social media as I was her first appointment on Monday and I wanted to ensure she was aware. I told her I would contact them on Monday to Reschedule. Monday moring I received a phone call from the manager at the salon informing me they were invoicing me 50% of the visit which is $78.75 for not canceling within 24 hours. To which I responded yeah I’m not paying that! A person can’t usually predicted when the will fall ill. Perhaps they would prefer customers to come in ill and risk contaminating their staff and customers. This is ridiculous not only am I not paying this, I will not be returning! It’s a horrible customer service decision and your loss not mine! There are a million salons to replace you with!"

"This was my first visit to Root Salon. The staff was very friendly. They showed me around the salon and told me about all of the services they offer. I was there for a pedicure with Amber who did an amazing job. I'm allergic to a lot of chemicals and I was pleasantly surprised that everything they were going to use on me during my pedicure was all natural so I wasn't allergic to any of it. My nails look awesome. I would highly recommend."

Lori took the time to explain everything that would be included in the services I had booked, checked in with me often to make sure I was comfortable, and took the time to chit chat with me throughout the entire time I was there. "One of my favorite places to be, the atmosphere is so cozy, inviting and cute! My nails always turn out beautifully, the facials are amazing and I’ve lost count of all the different products I’ve tried and loved, as well. The staff is SO friendly and they make the best chais :) Absolutely love Root and everything they offer! Been coming here for years and will stick with them forever!"
