"Went to kenwood mall to get my son a shirt for tomorrow. They had gate halfway down but with customers still in store shopping . Wouldn’t let me in to look at one shirt and pay. Swore they closed at 7:40 . Funny that Google shows you actually close at 8 pm . That is a whole 20 mins of shopping and money I could of spent in your store . I spend a lot of money here it’s crazy to me I couldn’t grab one thing. Very disappointed in this ."
"The people that work there are the rudest and barely act like you are there. I didnt know I was going to be walking into a rave when I went to get some shoes. Music so loud you cant talk to each other. I would buy shoes at any other store in the mall (foot locker, JD) I would honestly risk going to Macys shoe section. At least someone would acknowledge you there."
"I walked in ready to spend some tax money of 3 kids and myself, but the 5 or 6 people working there didn’t acknowledge us one time. We walked around the entire store, not one person asked if we needed assistance. All the employees were too busy to cut their own conversations to actually do their job. As we’re leaving the guy behind the counter looked at us then quickly looked away. Deuces! We went to JD’s and spent all kinds of money."
"Champs have some of the most unhappy rude people working for them. They always close early and have zero customer service skills. I let everyone in my family pick out shoes and I went to get them $1,800 worth but since I arrived at 7:45 they was rude and told me they was closed"
