New Image Hair Salon

"I only put one star because I had to in order to write a review! Tuesday I came in and asked for bangs, layers and my hair to be framed around my face I was scheduled with a woman named Chloe (who i found out today only has two yrs experience). First off my hair is wavy and was dry when she cut it but looked pretty OK for the most part so I paid her and I go home. It is now Thursday and I had called the salon back because I had straightened my hair and noticed my bangs were really uneven and she chopped the left side of my hair really far back and instead of framing my face it was a super blunt cut. So I proceed to go back in today against my better judgement to have her fix it and after having to wait for about 35 mins she gets to me. I sit down in the chair and she looks at my hair and starts to cut and straight cuts a big chunk out of my bangs and I say woah woah I'm about to cry ( mind you it's taken me over 6 yrs to grow my hair due to health problems and vitamin deficiencies) and she asks me why are you about to cry? I said you just chopped my bangs and it's taken me so long to grow it out and she says well I think it looks fine so she asks her colleague to come over and look at my hair almost trying to get her to agree with her like I don't see my hair in the mirror right in front of me her colleague agreed with me it was terrible! So then Chloe (the stylist who destroyed my hair) mocked me by asking her colleague "well do you just wanna fix it because we wouldnt want her to cry!! " needless to say I was pissed after that like absolute no compassion for the fact that she hacked my hair and seemed pissed at me for wanting what I paid for needless to say it could not be fixed her colleague did what she could to try and help but that damage was too bad and she repeatedly apologized to me about it and it wasnt even her mistake!!! It will have to grow out ...This was absolutely 100% a terrible experience for me I was hesitant to get my hair cut in the first place and even explained this to Chole about why it's been hard to grow and absolutely no remorse for what she did I literally bawled my eyes out for over an hr you know cause Chloe wouldnt have wanted me to cry at the salon! To her colleague I appreciate your kindness and understanding but regardless of her kindness none of them offered me a refund for this hack job so with that beins said I will NOT be coming back here and to anyone else looking for a salon or for hair care Chloe at this establishment would be the last person to count on for anything. Don't mind the photos my eyes are still red and swollen from crying."

"Will not allow you to carry over unused tanning sessions. The owner was super rude to me & my wife. It's wrong to take money for a service and not give you the service you paid for."

"We have been tanning there for 7 years. Now we can't use our left over sessions from last year! We paid for them and we can't use them. Apparently keeping track of unused sessions is too difficult for the owner & her staff. The tanning packages are over priced too. When you charge $125 for 25 sessions, they should be good forever! The owner was super rude to us. We will be going somewhere else. Absolutely ridiculous!"
