"Malana was my hair stylist, I asked for mocha brown with dark Carmel highlights, my hair was light brown with blonde half way down before I came in. The way my hair was settled I didn't notice before I left, When I got home I noticed very thick chunky highlights, which I could have dealt with, but when I pulled my hair back which is how I usually have it, there was a very distinct line across my hair. I paid $170 and was absolutely shocked and dissatisfied. I ended up having to go to another salon to get my hair fixed. I will say she was very kind, but this is not a $170 service."
