"Asked for a over all trim. She trimmed the back bottom of my hair. didn't do anything to the layers nor touch my bangs and charged 26$ won't go there again."

"Tried to get my friends hair cut today. Lindsay was too busy scrolling on her phone to assist me. When she was finally able to stop long enough to talk to me she told me she didn’t have any availability for a kids hair cut. Lindsay then proceeded to sit and play on her phone while the whole salon was empty. I’ve tried calling/go online to schedule and get nothing! This is very frustrating! How can you run a business when you are pushing away clients."

"I'd avoid this salon. I had 21 inch long hair which I wanted trimmed and layered. The big tall girl with multi colored hair took me. She is the manager. I was in tears when I walked out. She butchered my beautiful hair. It wasn't properly layered and she really messed up with the front by cutting it way short and uneven. She was mean, rude, and rough with my hair. Even after telling her about my hair being sensitive due to a low thyroid, she continued to just rip a comb through it and cost me a lot of hair. Avoid avoid avoid!!!!!!!"
