Nailed It

"I feel so bad to leave a bad review, but nobody deserves to be treated the way I was. The man was honestly very friendly while doing my nails, but he kept rushing and did not take his time. One of the fake nails aren’t even glued down completely it’s raised off of my actual nail and my nails are very bumpy and not smooth at all. The colors are great, but he didn’t apply it evenly and I had to say something twice about it. I was too nervous to say anything after the 3rd time because more people came in and he started rushing even more. So I didn’t get what I originally wanted and had to say something more than once so he’d fix them. I called after I left and told him what was wrong and he was very offended and talked very disrespectfully to me. I did not want to offend him, I’ve had my nails done one other time in my life and he was the person to do them and I loved them the first time, but this time I did not and I felt awful. But he is the artist and I’m paying him to do his job correctly. I shouldn’t have to tell him how to do his job unless it’s specifically what I’m doing for my nails. I apologize for upsetting him, but I truly hope he doesn’t treat another client the way he treated me."
