"Professional, loyal customer for years here… yesterday I was sold defective equipment and then given a really hard time when I tried to do an exchange despite the fact that I bought the equipment less than 24 hours prior &still had receipt. Didn’t demand cash refund, said store credit was fine because I’m there all the time and they still gave me a hard time. (Receipt says 60 days on the front for return policy). They gaslighted me saying that I used the equipment when that’s not true. How can I use something that isn’t functional??? Called customer service and even Sallcustomer service called the store and said for them to honor the exchange/return, but the workers still wouldn’t honor it. Finally the store employees got thru to district manager which the manager did allow the return(of course she did because even sallies customer service already told them to honor it), but why did I have to wait hours, call customer services, and get gaslighted/ treated like I was a liar & the inconvenience. Horrible business!"
