"I drove an hour to get there for scrubs, when I called the lady was very nice on the phone but when I got there that was a different story. She was hovering over me and continued to make comments to the point I felt uncomfortable. She was telling me that I could only try 4 items on at a time and complained about how much I had in my hands to try on, I said I could put them back and she said no because the Vice President is very strict and it has to go back a certain way. She made me feel so uncomfortable I took the items to the front and told the manager, He said he would speak to her. I drove home and went to Ann Arbor Salvation Army instead, I’ll never return here. One of the reviews above mine about the child it was probably the same employee. When I was there she told a woman who had taken a display bag to show her husband that she needed to put it back not touch it and she could show him a flat one. She was very rude, I have been in customer service for many years and this isn’t how you treat customers, this is how you lose customers."
"Excellent store to shop. The gentleman behind the display counter for the guns and ammo was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He was very willing to take the time to explain any questions."
"A great selection of winter workwear. Lots of coveralls and heavy work jackets. They have some camping gear and a good selection of boots. They have a small selection of firearms but are super helpful."
"These guys are great. The nicest people and by far the most knowledgeable and the absolute most helpful. I'm not there often, but Everytime I leave this place with a smile on my face! (And it not just because of my purchase.) They really do go out of there way to make sure your taken care of."
"Love Woodville surplus! Store employees are very helpful. Prices are great and had some good sales! Has military apparel, Dickies apparel, and many other varieties of clothing. Camping items. Back packs and a "bug out" heaven. Definitely a cool place to shop"
