"We called on Monday March 4th asked for 350 gallons fillup of our tank. We were told they can come later that week. We called again on Wednesday and was told they would be there Thursday or Friday. They then called us on Thursday and said they would be there Saturday. We then called Saturday as soon as they opened and prepaid for the propane. They did not show up on Saturday. By the next Monday we were very low on Propane less than 5 percent so I called as soon as they opened and said we need them out today they said ok. They then called me back about 30 minutes later and said if I want them to come out today I would have to pay the emergency fee because they came on Friday when they told me they would be there on Saturday. I had them just to give me a refund and went with TriFlow out of Archbold they were great and came out same day without a charge. Haven't seen the refund yet but it was on my card, I will follow up on how long it took for the refund.. They did not argue the refund so there's that."

"They took us on as a customer when the previous company we had been using for almost 5 years just up and said we won't serve you anymore. They are always on time, sometimes even early, with fill ups and they are super easy to work with. The staff that we have had experiences with are all very nice and understanding individuals. We can definitely see ourselves using Baker's as long as we need them!"

"Very disappointed in their service!! I called 8 days before our supposed delivery day and was told by their office staff that we would have delivery on Thursday Jan. 4. When no one showed up I called and they said we wouldn’t be getting a delivery until Saturday the 6th or we would have to pay the emergency delivery fee of 100.00. Isn’t it a coincidence that I had a 100.00 credit on my account!! The manager said that although I was told a different day they still would not waive the emergency delivery fee. They were going to let us run out of gas in sub zero temperatures if we didn’t agree to pay the fee!! Shame on you Baker’s Propane!!!"
