"Was in and out. Went in thinking I needed a new brake cable and gear cable and turns out I didn't need either. Took him just a few minutes to adjust the brakes, and even less time to fix the gear shifting issue."
"I'd give it a zero if I could. Had my son's bike for over a week and never even looked at it. Terrible service!!!!!!!! ** Edit** I phoned before the bike was even taken in to the facility to ensure that they were even open. I was told we could drop it off at any time & they'd get back to me within a day or two. Nearly two weeks later & it hadn't been looked at. So what are you doing while you're waiting on all these "Covid delayed" parts? It can't possibly be checking the new repair requests because you didn't even look at his bike. All my husband saw was an associate playing on their phone. You don't get to blame Covid on the fact that you are not even looking at NEW repair requests that you don't know whether or not they even need new parts. I told you on the phone my husband felt it was an assembly issue. After we brought it home because you did nothing, he took it apart & reassembled it himself & it's now working fine with all gears completely active. Took him about 4 hours. I would have paid you for that time. You chose to throw it away, and not even look at the bike, & get yourself a bad reputation."

"Friendly, knowledgeable staff! Within 5 minutes I was testing out a bike. (I went to the other bike shop in Lima, was there for 1 1/2 hours, and didn't even get to test a bike!) They were very helpful and let me test out numerous bikes to find the one I wanted. They also assisted me with accessory choices. I wouldn't go anywhere else!!!!"
