"I spent almost $60 on food which is fine because it was a large amount. I ordered chocolate milkshakes and received vanilla. The burgers weren’t right and they were cold. I also found a long hair in my burger. Didn’t even receive my sodas. Worst place ever!!"

"To Manager Dawn September 10th at about 12:10pm I came in to Rally's and ordered 2 chili cheese dogs minus ketchup to eat for Browns game. My hot dogs was burnt, no cheese, no onions on the hot dog. It was game time by the time I got home and couldn't return. Very disappointed customer pictures attached"
