During an action-packed day at Camp Invention, campers participate in various activities such as playing games, exploring the science of light, creating inventions, and tackling water challenges around the world. They also have the opportunity to build essential STEM skills through collaboration and problem solving.
Campers work together to create their own light-up game board, design and customize sports balls, experiment with different forms of light, and engineer inventions to help solve water challenges globally. They even star as contestants on a game show where they transform their ideas into amazing inventions using everyday materials and inspiration from Our Nation’s Greatest Innovators™.
At the end of the day, campers wind down with problem-solving games before sharing with their parents just how much fun they had at Camp Invention. The institution not only builds long-term skills such as creative problem solving, collaboration, and confidence, but also contributes to better school attendance, higher GPAs, and improved test scores.
Camp Invention's brand-new program is designed to illuminate imaginations, inspire curiosity, and help children shine their brightest. Through hands-on challenges and open-ended adventures, campers are encouraged to unlock their creativity and explore the exciting world of STEM.
