"This is a typical Bob Evans. The plate was hotter than the food. The waitress was busy but took care of us. They looked like they were possibly short staffed in the kitchen. Waitress was attentive and did her best with the slow kitchen."

"On our little family vacation we stopped at a BE restaurant for the first time and it was pretty pleasant. We wish there was one closer to us b/c we'd love to go back. While the service was very, and I mean very slow (15 minutes just to get our table which was just a round one in the corner of a practically empty restaurant and 20 min just to get our beverages), the server was VERY polite and pleasant. Everyone got something different and everyone was very pleased with their meal. Not one complaint. The mac and cheese was pretty great, meat was flavorful. The biscuit was tasty. My teen got a breakfast platter of some sort and he's still talking about it. The restaurant was very clean and taken care of, bathrooms included! On the way out we bought some souvenirs. The lady at the register was also very nice."

"3.5 stars. We went for carry out around 4:30pm, my daughter wanted mash potatoes and hash brown and asked if we could stop by. Was told the wait to order would be 2 minutes, it actually took 10. The restaurant wasn't fully occupied so I don't understand the delay. We had the honey butter chicken and biscuits with sides of mash potatoes, green beans, and hash brown. The mash potatoes is the only thing we'd give 5 stars. Chicken was oily and there was too much juice from the green beans making the biscuit soggy. It's been at least 5 years or more since I've been to Bob Evans now I remember why. Food is not appetizing enough."

"I placed an order online for delivery. My two salads was the wild fire chicken and I have attached my receipt where I requested the wild fire salad dressing. I was sent ranch dressing instead. I ordered the cup of chicken soup with noodles. The soup tasted as though it was in the bottom of a pot that was scorched which left it tasting burnt. I ordered a slice of apple pie and I attached a pic. There is no crust at the bottom and the slice is the size of the palm of my hand. I am very disappointed in my first delivery order because my salad was not the same without the dressing, I ordered the soup was not edible and the size of the pie was not worth my $5.00."
