"This place is awesome! Our kids love it so much we purchased a membership for them for Christmas and go almost weekly. It is open and easy to see/find the kids, usually very calm which is great for sensory sensitive kids and parents alike, and just overall awesome. I realized how lucky we are to have this near our house after visiting a more expensive competitor recently. Get Air is way more family friendly and fun! No, there's no zip line or high up ropes courses, but there's way more places for kids to jump, climb, and play. And no lines to wait in, ever. It's fairly clean. They could do more upkeep on the foam and cleaning out the pits, but it's not bad. If you like chill places to take the kids to get out some energy, this is your place!!"

"Kids had fun my brother learned he's not young anymore and fell on his face 100 bucks for 5 people for 2 hours wasn't bad at kids were happy so I was happy but they could use more things in there for the younger kids"

However, I have noticed that on multiple occasions, there was a ride that was out of order. It was disappointing to encounter a broken attraction each time I visited. It would be great if the management could improve their maintenance and ensure that all rides are in working order to enhance the overall experience for guests. Additionally, during my visit, I encountered an inconvenience when trying to use Apple Pay as their system was down. This unexpected issue made the payment process more cumbersome than it should have been. It would be beneficial if they could work on resolving such technical difficulties promptly to minimize any inconveniences for customers. Despite these setbacks, I still enjoyed my time at Get Air Trampoline Park and appreciate the cleanliness of the facility. With some improvements to ride maintenance and addressing technical issues promptly, this place has the potential to offer an even more enjoyable experience for visitors."

"Very cool trampoline park. It's situated in a large area, so the kids aren't on top of each other as they jump. They also have a big climbing structure for little and big kids alike. The agility obstacles are also a nice feature. They have several party rooms to handle birthday parties and special events. Outside drinks and food are not permitted, but they have a good selection of drinks and snacks to purchase."
