"Would love to stay here again but the pillows were flat as a pancake and you felt every spring on that worn out mattress. First hotel in years that i got lousy sleep at. Other then that great staff,very clean and nice plus a decent breakfast."
"The hotel and rooms were clean. It looked like everything was updated recently. The mattress was new, but the beds were a bit firm. I don’t understand why people were complaining about the eggs or sausage, because was NONE. Breakfast was waffles, toast, micro sized muffins and OJ. No bagels. Don’t come if you’re expecting a good breakfast, but they do have nice clean rooms and public spaces."
"Well cleaned but our room smelled like ripped bananas.. My kids enjoyed waffles, milk, yogurt, and oranges from their free breakfast. There were no eggs and sausage. Coffee was not good. But it's totally ok because the price was very low. The people working in this hotel were doing a good job."
"It was so nice here to me! I don’t travel at all and this place was so clean and the staff was very friendly to us! The pool was clean and not overly crowded. Breakfast was included, the area was clean and the options were hots and colds buffet style and kept getting replaced when out. The rooms were clean and beds were so soft and we were also just 16 mins from cedar point! We will be back!"
"By far THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever received.. Heather and Heather were a breath of fresh air.. Very informative and attentive to my needs! Then the next day I needed a special request handled and Connie came through like a caring professional.. This place is underrated, will definitely stay here again when attending Cedar Point Park!!!!"
