"Rooms were comfortable with enough space for my husband and I. There is a continental breakfast with good options. Terri, from the kitchen, is absolutely delightful. She was very helpful, thoughtful, and positive. In fact, all the staff were very friendly. Definitely recommend if you are coming out to go to any of the waterparks or Cedar Point."

"The staff was AWESOME. The front desk manager that checked me in late at night was so kind and cheerful, which was greatly appreciated after driving 700 miles that day. When his shift changed, the overnight desk manager was kind enough to share that he was brewing fresh coffee if I wanted any and was just as cheerful early the next morning when I left. While the rooms are probably in need of some upgrading for longer stays, the bed was clean and comfortable, breakfast was ready early, and the location was close enough to the interstate that I was able to get back on the road quickly. Definitely will be revisiting when making long drives through the area."

"Great place to stay, close to literally everything you'd need while traveling and the staff was polite and professional. Rooms were clean & beds were comfortable, slept awesome and will be staying there from now on when we're in the area."

"Although Sandusky is a resort town, we were simply passing through. This hotel is on a busy highway that is conveniently located off the major highways. Lots of restaurants and stores nearby. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was surprisingly large with a sitting area, king sized bed, desk and chair. It is a bit dated, but very nice. Our room was quiet even though the busy road was nearby. The bed was fine, with plenty of small pillows. I was not a fan of the bathtub/shower, as it had a rounded bottom which made standing and turning in the shower somewhere uneasy. The breakfast was very nice, hot eggs, sausage, choice of breads, cereals, muffins. Good to get you going in the morning. We would stay again."

"I'm not sure how this hotel still qualifies to be a Hampton. One of the worst beds I've slept on in years, the room door had to be slammed to close, the elevator and ice maker were broken, and the climate control was so old there was just a hot-cold knob instead of a settable temperature, but that temperature knob just spun in circles so you didn't know what it was set to. Easily the worst Hampton I've stayed at. I feel like ownership is just limping the place along until a remodel or a rebrand, and the guests are paying the price. Very much not recommended."
