"Worst Family Dollar known to man. Won’t honor a $4 coupon that they have posted in store and on the app. Why???? $4 off for ANY liquid Tide 115oz or more but I only get a dollar at check out and the rude boy at the front counter says their the “mgr” until someone needs an override.. So called boy/girl mgr has no power to do anything because her “manager “ said not to do anything. Can’t even do a return. What is going on in the retail world when you’re a billion dollar company that won’t do returns or honor coupons??? just straight trash! The store and fake employees who don’t even do anything because the store is a ghetto mess everyday all day! Live close and will never come back! Why are u not honoring coupons Family Dollar??? Or doing returns when the product was literally just purchased? Fire everyone atp because this was the direction from the store “mgr” I hope her karma eats her up everyday because that’s just wrong. They probably All stealing that’s why the customer can’t get anything ZERO stars. ZERO"

"Bought, couldn't use & brought back the Memorex usb wifi display dongle for my refund. The person I spoke with got super shady after I said I needed a refund referring me to his supervisor in the morning whom wasn't on premises at the time (people have off times I get it).. I said all I want to do is return this item with my receipt. He then walked away so I will not be returning this for my cash in the morning in lieu of keeping all the money spent on all my future purchases with this company I regularly shopped at. I have never felt so unwelcome* or helpless* in a basic return situation. The company deserves no money from any reader of this post knowing they will treat you like a criminal just returning a faulty item with a receipt to one of their stores. I hope they react to this post as well but I know no one will because you can't call them on the phone only going through to a busy signal at all their local locations coordinated from the top down I found looking for customer service via their cooperate website which was very limited leaving me with the same feelings above posted that their employee made me feel added with a new fear that no one else can resolve any problem with this company either. Sorry if you continue to shop here for your good as I will no longer spend even a penny here with folks that don't honor yours or my patronage with honest* customer service with a smile. I literally was made to feel like I had to beg for my own money back or worse... DO NOT SHOP AT ANY OF THESE LOCATIONS AND LET THEM GO UNDER!!! THEY DESERVE NO BUSINESS!! BE DONE WITH FAMILY DOLLAR!! DONT SHOP HERE!! GO ON BY!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!"

"Can someone from corporate please just do a check on this store? Every day they lock their doors for multiple hours. There is never any sign or indication why and when you look in the window you can see at least 2-4 employees just standing at the register talking. This is happening literally every single day for multiple hours at a time and it is not for stocking purposes either as you can see them inside the store just standing together and talking. It is extremely unfair for customers to continue to take the time to drive to the store and consistently just see that the doors are locked with no indication as to why."
