Steak 'n Shake

"One name… Elfego! He was our cashier and gave the best energy. He put a genuine smile on our faces after a tough week. He went above and beyond. We will be stopping by to see him again! Also, the service was speedy and the food was yummy. All around it was a wonderful experience for a late Thursday night. Thank you Elfego!"

"I have not gone to Steak n' Shake in over 4 years until today, due to consistent poor experiences when they were still doing table service. I heard they had switched to a kiosk/counter service model and was interested in giving it another shot, as a lot of the issues I had previously were with slow service and lack of staffing. I am happy to report the new model is working excellently. Much less time was spent waiting on service. The food came out really quickly and was really delicious. Our milkshakes were probably twice as thick as I remember them being from previous visits, so they are cutting them with less milk than before. The place was very clean, all the tables were wiped down and weren't covered in crumbs and grease like they used to be. There was one gentleman attending the dining room, and honestly he provided much more prompt and friendly service than I ever experienced with the actual waitstaff model previously. He even offered to transfer our milkshakes into to-go cups for us. I am not sure if this quality is consistent across most Steak n' Shake restaurants yet, but at the very least this location is really nailing it, I like Steak n' Shake again!"

"We don't have Steak 'n Shake back in my hometown but it's pretty much a clone of Freddy's. The food was very fresh and hot. Overall good experience. I will go back to try a shake before leaving."

"I don't live anywhere near close to a Steak 'n Shake so every time I am visiting family in the area I always make sure to visit this place at least once because I don't think there is a restaurant of its kind that I love more. Best burgers you can find anywhere and the milkshakes are an absolute delight to drink. The staff put on a masterclass of service, food always comes out timely and one time when I had messed up my order on the kiosk, I told them the right ingredients to put on and obliged. Overall, I don't think there's any place I could recommend more in the Columbus area when you're in need of a bite to eat!"

"Just because other people bad experience we went out and tried it specially they're open 24 hours. There's few restaurant open in this area that are open to late diners. I had the 4 by 4 by 4 and tried the Hershey dark chocolate milkshake. The burgers were good, fries are okay, not much exciting but for quick bite and late hours it's good. I don't mind to going back again besides the restaurant is clean."
