"A nice man was very patient with me in helping me set up a new Apple ID. He tried his best to help me get into my old one, but it didn’t quite work (to no fault of his own). I’m not even sure if it’s his job to help customers do stuff like that, but I appreciate him. I don’t quite remember his name, but it definitely started with an m. I don’t really know. But my guy “M” deserves a raise."

"Took my daughter's phone in for repair, parts in, repair done...good! But to reactivate the phone, we were told Verizon would have to do it, even though it kept saying we needed to enter the code that "Apple" would send us. The employees kept saying that was Verizon's issue....it was a code from "Apple". Two different places! Apple, please train your employees to know what to do. We did finally walk to the Verizon store and it was done within 10 minutes and the employee there did say that the Apple employees do know how to do this, they just don't want to. DO BETTER APPLE! I will continue repairs there but after that, Verizon only. They know what they are doing. Apple- 3 stars for repair, Verizon- 5 stars for doing Apple's job."

"They stock the part I need, but say they are unable to do a store repair. Why do they stock a part that they won’t install? That’s a great question. I won’t be back, and will most likely buy another phone, but definitely not from Apple. Edit: Apple (not the store) made things right with me for the whole horrible experience. They sent some AirPods Pro 2nd Gen (MUCH to my surprise), and a Belkin screen protector for my phone. Still, this store is horrible. I had another bad experience at the store just about 1-1/2 weeks ago. Those same AirPods that I mentioned were malfunctioning. I purchased 2 years of AppleCare for them, and they were only 4 or 5 months old I believe. I was helped by one of the store staff, and he tested the earbuds. They failed the tests. He takes them to the back room, then emerges to tell me that he has good and bad news. I said, okay, the good news? He says they’re under warranty and they can take care of it. I already knew this, but then he says, the bad news is that we have to send them out to be looked out. He muttered something about the latest firmware being released by Apple being junk. I’m like, well, can’t you replace them for me here? He says no. I said, can I go to Best Buy and ask them? He says no, they go through him and he would not allow it. He also said my repair would be back in hand in 3-5 days. It was 7. Anyway, in the course of them being repaired, I called Apple and inquired about my repair order. The agent seemed really nice, told me I should go to Best Buy only since these encounters, and no, Best Buy doesn’t have to go through the dude at Apple. He apologized profusely, gave me the correct repair date. They swapped them out. Sent brand new AirPods Pro 2s, which is all I asked for at the store. I would advise people to avoid this store, and if you go and have a similar experience, call Apple support and let them know that poor service is rampant at Apple at The Greene."

"My husband and I were looking to upgrade our phones. After being at our carrier for over an hour before being helped, we left there frustrated, because they were no help at all. We decided to take our chances at The Apple Store at The Greene in Beavercreek Ohio. We were greeted as soon as we walked in, and even without an appointment, within minutes there was a representative to help us. We worked with 2 representatives, first was Delaney, who helped us with our new phone purchases, and trade in. She took her time to explain everything she was doing. Chelsea helped us with the phone transfers. She was at the time working with about 8 different customers, but made sure each customer was helped. Sitting and watching the interaction between employees and customers, no one looked upset or frustrated. You have great employees, and we had 2 gems. Thank you for making this so painless."
