"Will never donate here again. I brought books in a wheeled cart with a lid. I asked the man taking donations to please return the bin and be careful not to break it. He promised he knew how to not damage a simple bin. He dumped all the books upside down, and my lid with it. I realized 2hrs later that the lid was missing, but they had already trashed it. I'm pretty mad about it, because the cart was expensive and I cannot get a replacement lid."
"I have nearly 400,000 followers and give great reviews. This is tough but, I will never shop here again! I bought purse, paid CASH, decided in the car it was too small. Less than ten min. I went back in for my refund wellllll NO REFUNDS. I got a card to return which I will never do! I will give it away. Unbelievable."
"I have to say this place is very clean... staff is busy putting.out new stuff and available to ask questions. I did have one thing I didn't like thou... I seen a dressmaker dummy in the shop ask if the would reduce the price since you could buy it brand new for cheaper.. but they wasn't willing to change the price for something that is used ... oh well their lost went and bought it new!"
