"I will not be coming back to Jump & Jacks. The staff is rude and unwilling to honor the pricing advertised on website. The entire facility is disgusting (especially the bathrooms). They’ve responded to prior reviews that they are working on their cleanliness, however this is clearly not a priority. Very disappointed."

"In town to visit and took my almost three year old here. She absolutely loved it and even fun to run around with your little ones. It's not to hard to adults to get through all the areas in there. It was clean and absolutely enjoyed the music they played. And most importantly it was so affordable! Definitely recommend taking your kids here!"

"This is not a clean place. In the toddler room, dust has been blowing from the vent for so long it has accumulated on the fabric on the walls in great clumps. Most toys and walls have a dark sheen of dirt on them."
