"Went to use a day pass and guy said I couldn’t use it even though I had a QR code. Tried to get me to buy a day pass for $20. I would have bought a membership being that I just moved back to Ohio but if he was that pressed about a day pass then I didn’t want to buy a membership from him. Ended up going to Definition Fitness and got a membership for $27, no sign on fee and 24/7 gym. It’s a good size gym, no crowd and all brand new equipment so a win for me in the end. Plus, last time I was in town visiting a guy was sitting on the leg press watching a football taking up the equipment not working out. (I used to work at an LA fitness and for how much they make there’s no way to be that pressed about a day pass)"
"once again,late opening in the morning. 30 plus cars waiting . no sign of anyone 45 minutes past posted time.this happens too much. many upset customers ! you have one job, open the doors at 5:00 and then play on your phone."
"This is a great gym! The staff is helpful and friendly! The gym is always clean. There plenty of equipment to use. There's a great staff member there named Terry D that is always helpful. He always answers my questions and assists me! His knowledge is impressive! He even helped me locate my lost AirPod ! Overall I've had a great experience !"
"This was a good gym. They have a good combination of cardio machines, free weights and resistance machines. Also walking track ,basketball court and pool. The only concern is the lack of equipment maintenance. Some equipment has been out of service for months. Some of the rubber coated dumbbells are missing the rubber. (Safety issue)Lack of attention by management for sure. The equipment upstairs needs repair, replacement and cleaning as well. Management can do better!!! Lastly the front desk personnel has gotten better over time ,but there is never a manager on duty to discuss these concerns Update after 3 months 5/24 More equipment out of service. The dumbbells are a safety concern. Still no response from management. No change 10/10/22"
