"DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY, go to Trapped Toledo instead. Very poor customer service experience. The elderly gentleman at the front is wildly unfriendly, overly cross, and frankly a real crusty-chocolate-starfish-jerk. The guy acted like the place is fort knox when it’s an escape room that looks like it was designed from a spirit Halloween catalog. He refused to let someone wear their Apple Watch, even though their family member is currently in the hospital. The game was mediocre at best, but the other fellow who was meant to give us hints gave hard hints but he was legit an alright guy. Top hat man was a solid C+. Terrible experience with terrible people. I hope they read this."
"So much fun! We didn't end up finishing in time but I would gladly go back to the same room to finish. I need to know what's at the finish line! We did The Quest for the House Cup. Definitely a must!"
"My son has always wanted to do an escape room. Took him yesterday on his 10th birthday as a surprise. Far bigger surprise than I ever imagined! Because not only did he love it, but so did my husband and I. Being new to an escape room, we had no idea what to expect, and we could have very easily been overwhelmingly frustrated. However, the staff member who assisted us was amazing, and made this so much fun! The time in the room flew by, and there was so much laughter, and so much quality time spent in that room with us as a family, it was a fabulous experience. We absolutely cannot wait to go again. Whether you have done escape rooms in the past, or you will be new to it like we were, I have no doubt that you will love this place!!"
"Had an awesome time here for a birthday. We did an escape room based on the X files and it was extremely fun and thought provoking. We were able to finish the room with only one minute left. I will definitely be coming here again."
