Moxie's Grille

"Went here with a friend for my first visit. I’ve been wanting to try this place for a couple years. She got a burger and fries, I got the 12oz. strip steak dinner. She said her burger was good, but I could hardly cut my steak, let alone eat it! It didn’t have any seasoning on it, it was so full of gristle and was so tough, I couldn’t cut it with a serrated knife! It came with real mashed potatoes, with lumps so big that they were the size of home fries. Only choice of sides were one of the many variations of potatoes, cole slaw or steamed broccoli. They really need another choice of a vegetable. I chose coke slaw, which was very good. When I told the waitress that my steak was so tough that I couldn’t cut it, she apologized and asked if I wanted a different one. I told her no, bc I didn’t want to wait for a different one and I have always been afraid about returning food, you know of the stories you hear about people spitting on your food etc! It definitely would have been worth the price $20, IF I could have eaten it. Now my dog will have steak dinner for supper tonight! Also the Roll was so hard it was inedible! "Found this little place after a doc appointment. Amazing big menu with lots of choices! The food was absolutely delicious! The gentleman who waited on us was very sweet and kind, generous; and did an amazing job! Definitely recommend the chicken quesadilla, the French onion soup, and the side salad was delicious! I'll have to bring my husband back next time!"

"The food was decent, not very hot and a little pricey, but that's everywhere you go these days. Waitress was friendly but not very attentive, and it took a long time to get our food. It was cold in there, so dress warm in the cooler months."

"Never disappoints! Food is ALWAYS good! They have both a family setting area as well as a bar side with a cool set up to watch whatever sports team they are running. Last visit was this past Saturday and the food choices our family picked were so yummy. I ALWAYS get the French onion soup no matter what else I personally order. In the past we have called ahead to ask for a large party set up and the staff works very hard to accommodate! Definitely recommend this place."
