"We bought 8 tickets online Friday for a movie. After showing up and then buying about $70 worth of drinks and popcorn, we were informed that the heat wasn’t working in the theater and that we could wait and see it at a different time in a different auditorium. We had 4 kids with us, and already had the food. It had to be in the 50s in that auditorium. I will never go back there again. I wanted to tell a staff member that they shouldn’t sell any more tickets for that particular auditorium but the line was long and I was freezing. Ridiculous"
