Charger Lanes

"Lady in the bar was great! Front desk lady was rude all night. We waited 10 mins for someone to even come to the main desk. Once there she didn’t even have our reservation. Mind you our friend that set it up called to make sure they still had our reservation set. We didn’t start bowling until 45 mins after our reserved time since they had people at all available lanes. We ended up switching lanes because the one we were using kept screwing up. We also came for cosmic bowling. Website says 10 they didn’t start it until we walked out at 11. Got some of our money back. With how the front desk lady was and the equipment we won’t be back!"

"Got to the counter and had to wait for the employee to finish her slot machine game on her phone before we could ask for a lane. We were given lane 25. This lane was having consistent maintenance issues where the balls and pins would get stuck until the lady would go back and fix it. This happened about 7 times in 3 games. When I approached her to fix it she said “I can’t even finish my dinner” while she shoved a chicken tender into her mouth. When leaving I asked about the issues. She said lane 25 and 26 are always like that. There were lots of other lanes open. It would have been in her and the bowling alley’s reputations best interest to not put people in this problem lane. Won’t be back."

"Walking in we got shoes and asked for a lane with bumpers. I had 2 people not with me so I also asked to get their shoes so we wouldn't have to wait to start playing. There was no patience or understanding that I had to see the kids sizes. Mind you no one was behind us. Then I asked for adults sizes for the rest and kept having to repeat myself bc they couldn't remember between each shoe male or female. Which would have been fine had he not been so cold and rude. Great experience with the kitchen girl who helped me and she also checked me out. The food was good we got loaded fries/fries and nuggets. No complaints prices were even good. But I was shocked at the price to bowl 2 games. I even had 2 free bowling game coupons. I wish the receipt would tell me what I was being charged for not just a dollar amount that was charged. I would of hate to see what it costed without the coupons. And how do I even know they used them bc I never got told any prices of anything. prices need to be available for people to see better and look at.Even the website doesn't offer much information. I don't mind it's outdated and old but kindness goes along way. If it wasn't for the kitchen girl giving us a good experience we wouldn't be coming back to try again."

"The lanes are A W F U L. The places looks bad. They never have pairs of lanes available and take their time to get people on the lanes, you'll sit at the front FOREVER waiting to bowl. Only some of the lanes have decent oil and that's for league. The bowling balls constantly get stuck in the ball return no matter what lane you're on, at least once during your visit it'll get stuck. Overall, it's irritating and isn't enjoyable to visit. Every experience I've had here hasn't been good. I only come here because it's close and fairly cheap. Makes sense though with such bad lanes."

"Overall, we had a pretty good experience here. I wasn't really sure what to expect because of the reviews, but for the Wednesday special, we were willing to take a risk. It is definitely an older place, but our group of 7 bowled on 2 lanes for 2 games, and the lanes worked flawlessly, unlike our experience at other bowling alleys. I couldn't find a bowling ball lighter than 8 lbs for our kids, unless they kept them in a different spot that we didn't see or were all being used, though it wasn't busy at all. Their customer service definitely could have been better. We weren't greeted when we arrived at all. In fact, we stood there for at least a minute while someone worked behind the counter. I even said hi and she responded with a hi, but continued what she was doing. Then, a mailman walked in, walked passed us as we waited, and she talked to him for another minute while we waited. Paying wasn't any different with the lack of friendliness. However, it wasn't a deal breaker. In the end we had a lot of fun for a great price. I think we will come here more often to bowl and are considering having our kids' birthday parties here. Prices are affordable for families, and we had a lot of fun with our family from out of town."
