"The girl working there when we ordered... She was informative about the coupons, app, and the business in general for my first visit... She waited for us to read the menu without pressuring us... She made my family's bowls and drink meticulously like she cared. Made sure she used the correct utensils for each item like the blueberry scoop, for instance, for blueberries --instead of being sloppy or lazy and using whatever utensil grabbed first. Tamara, as a 15 year manager of restaurants around Ohio, I give you a huge applause. I would hire you any day and I hope the company appreciates your efforts near as much as I do. I would consider giving Tamara whatever position she wants to do. She shined!!"

"This apparently seems to be the level of service for Smoothie King in the area. I had this happen at the location in Beavercreek as well. My smoothie is missing the top inch or so. I placed an order online, wouldn't let me do curbside. Apparently the location didn't allow it. I ran a little behind, and thought like Tropical Smoothie they'd have our order in a fridge. I was wrong. It had been on the counter for at least 15 minutes. Just sitting there. 3 of the smoothies are basically juice now. Awful service."
