"I stopped into this Arby’s location as I haven’t been to one in years and had a craving for something good. There was one other person inside waiting at the counter MAYBE 2 cars in the drive through. I waited 15 min not once was I acknowledged not once did anyone make eye contact and not once did anyone stop to take my order. I was completed ignored. Finally I turned around and walked out. I will NEVER frequent this place again."
"I have basically given up on this Arby's. Typically two staff members. No shakes. Very slow. The design of the drive up lane basically traps you as you slowly move through. I live just across the river but it is much quicker to go to the Hilliard location near Cemetary and Leap roads."
"We've Had it with this location!! If I could give a 0 Zero for Service, I would. The food is good, if they get it right. You Never get what you pay for. If you order/Pay for a Large Fry, Expect a Small. Check your food & drink Before you leave bcuz of you ask for no sauce, you get whatever sauce they choose. The Drinks are Flat every time! They Never have Ice for Drinks & when you grab your drink, all the liquid comes out the top bcuz there's no ice! Sometimes they say you can't pay with a Card, it's Cash Only; After you've waited in line! If you show up late night, they Appear Open, but no one takes your order! Whomever is running this location, makes up the rules that suit their needs & not the public they serve. How does this location stay in business?! It's not cheap to eat here either. Sadly, it's the only Arby's near us. We keep hoping they change Management and get back on track. Wish they could live up to the Arby's Name & Service."
"New store layout, same good food. This Arby's was recently remodeled. Instead of music in the dining area, there are now two televisions. Only one of the TVs was on during my recent lunchtime visit, and it was showing ESPN with the sound on. I really miss the music. If I wanted to eat with ESPN on, I'd go to a sports bar. The lights in the women's restroom is on a motion-sensing timer. Evidently the sensor is located near the door, and not close enough to the stalls. A few minutes into my visit to the restroom, I found myself in a stall in total darkness. Ugh! The paper towel dispenser is also motion activated and not the most user friendly. I'm no fan of the redesign, but the food and service are good. I'll definitely be back."
