"Yesterday January 30th,i had my daughter go pick me up a Smoothie bowl,because I was getting ready for work.When she brought it back.It was so watered down I was pissed.So I called the store and told them about.And the employee couldn’t give me an answer as to why it was so watered down,when clearly she was there when it was made.I don’t know if I will even return to this store,maybe i will start going to Playa bowls."
"The lady who works in the morning clearly doesn’t enjoy what she’s doing . Gives off that attitude like she’s to good . Also, you can see all these nats flying around , I’m assuming it’s from the fruits ."
"The smoothies are average/what you'd expect. Its conveniently located near the hotel I stayed at, so it was easy to place an online order then walk over to grab it. Upon entering the store, there was a very strong, off-putting odor. I couldn't quite put my finger on it, but I'd say it reminded me of a trash dumpster, which definitely ruined my appetite. Had I gone in to place my order, I would've left, but given that I ordered online, I had no way of knowing prior. I hope they can fix this going forward."
"UPDATE: Below, they asked me to send something into guest relations. I sent it in Saturday and have heard nothing back. I'm disappointed that you see a negative response, and ask us to again send something in to a different source, only to not respond again. We got Doordarsh to pick up our smoothies. They were sealed. When we got them, one was missing about an inch and a half.. see pictures. I have reached out to the location and the Smoothie King company separately to show pictures. I have received no response from either. Why offer the ability to communicate if you aren't willing to respond? Very disappointed. When the smoothie was eaten, it was very watered down. Disappointed in service and product."
"Good Smoothie King place with great smoothies... I am not a fan of this kind of soft drinks and juices but I liked it a lot... good service and clean shop always... I got a Gladiator smoothie with strawberries and cocoa and it was delicious... they make great smoothies there... I liked t a lot..."
