"My biggest disappointment was that I ordered extra sauce on my pizza, but recieved less sauce than ever on a Donato's pizza. My delivery time was 15 minutes past estimated time. It was cold. I like Donato's and willing to pay for quality, but disappointed."

"This is the second time I've ordered a pizza for delivery from this location where just a couple of minutes after I place the order on their app I get a phone call requesting a tip. First of all, if I wanted to add a tip I would have. How dare they call me knowing I declined to add a tip. I explained they are already charging me $4.50 for delivery and I live about 1/4 mile away from the store. If they want me to tip the driver, don't charge me a delivery fee. If you charge me a delivery fee I will assume that is for the cost to deliver the pizza, no tip needed. If drivers aren't paid fairly, Donatos should pay them better. Very annoying!"
