"Getting back into going to a gym is uncomfortable. Space three has been exactly what I’ve been looking for since having kids and needing more accountability to get to feeling better. The instructors are so knowledgeable in many areas of health and always make the time to answer questions or just see how you are doing. The welcoming atmosphere and no judgement is great here. Probably my fav part is getting to bring my kids and the play area is so convenient you can see them the whole time. My 3 year old loves working out with everyone and she even had a little work out party here for her birthday (which was so awesome!) These people and place have been such a blessing for me!"
