"Such a wonderful museum. The volunteers are so friendly and just a treasure trove of knowledge. We learned so much today. It is a well maintained museum. My youngest enjoyed ringing the bell and the fire pole ."

"One of the nicest, well kept and friendly museum I have visited in years. So much of the history of Toledo’s Fire Departments are located here and are well kept. The gentlemen that will escort you around are very knowledgeable and have plenty to explain. It’s well worth the stop! PLEASE, they work off donations, so drop a bill or two in the box."

"Very interesting to look around and see the old fire engines. The staff provides great information on the artifacts with some of them who have really worked here when this was a functional fire station. The entry is free but you can make a donation."

"Our host was professional, kind and knowledgeable. Our group was able to enact a potential live scenario, slide down a pole, and learn about all kinds of historical facts regarding the fire department. Had to keep most photos private for kids sake."
