"I recently visited foot locker in Kenwood mall in hopes of finding a new pair of shoes, but unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. From the moment I walked in, it was evident that customer service was not a priority at this establishment. First and foremost, the wait time was utterly unacceptable. I spent a frustrating 45 minutes manager savannah and employee Patrick was so slow and rude. they have to learn customer service skills.As for the customer service, it was virtually nonexistent. When I finally managed to flag down an employee, they appeared irritated by my presence and lacked basic knowledge about the products they were selling. Furthermore, the overall atmosphere of the store was unwelcoming and chaotic. The aisles were cluttered, making it difficult to browse the merchandise, and the lack of organization only added to my frustration. My experience at Foot locker was nothing short of disappointing. The extensive wait time, coupled with the apathetic attitude of the manager and the poor customer service, has ensured that I will never set foot in this establishment again. I urge others to think twice before patronizing this store, as their disregard for customer satisfaction is truly appalling."

"This about the customer service we just received, which was unacceptable. A young guy with starter dreads or braids was very rude when we asked for additional help on a different size shoe. His response was “I don’t know if we have that size, you’ll just have to look and see for yourself.” All this while waving his hand like he could no longer be bothered. What happen to customer service…? Never coming back to this location."

"Kenwood Town Center Footlocker…Horrible customer service! Do not support this store. Sales associates closed the store early, deliberately ignored me when I asked why they were closed at 7:45p. No company closes 15min before the hour. When I brought this to Corp attention they offered me a 10%off. Considering I wasted an hour driving, only to be turned away, $10 is not compensation."

"I was shopping with my daughter and was at the opposite end of the mall from Foot Locker when she called me and asked me to come down to look at a pair of shoes she wanted. I walked down as quickly as I could, and arrived at approximately 5:45 pm. The store is supposed to be open until 6/Sunday, but by 5:45, they were literally breathing down people's necks - including ours - in an effort to get them to leave early. Because of this, I couldn't even take 2 minutes to talk with my daughter because it felt like the associate was trying to rush us out the door. This caused me to walk away from a $150 purchase. I asked the sales associate why they were closing early when it says online they are open until 6. He told me they try to close early if it all possible so that "everyone can go home happy". Apparently the happiness of the customers - including those whom I saw turned away early at the now half-closed gate - doesn't matter. Nope, just as long as the employees go home, happy… I wouldn't spend $5 there after that, let alone $150."
