"Long Live the Growler Alley: Bascule Brewery Bridges the long lost Lorain to the new, upcoming and revived Lorain. 2015 was a historic year for Lorain and that’s when this brewery happened to this town. About the owner- Chris is a great host and an expert brewer. His establishment is exactly where it needs to be. East of the largest Bascule Bridge in the US. Tucked away in the revived Lorain- Bascule Brewery is a gem. Staff were very accommodating. Beer is great and the Hop Waters is a great summer IPA. Ample space inside the restaurant. The bar area is nice as well. When I visit again I hope to find out if the Charles Berry Bascule Bridge is visible from the front. Keep it up Chris!"
