"This office is OK. The dental assistants are good I will say that! Dr Lehky is OKAY, seems like she just tolerates her patients. I didnt too much care for the front desk assistant Gina, this is where my problem comes in. She prejudged me the minute I started getting orthodontic care at this office pretty much assuming I couldn’t afford the full balance, and it seemed as if she was talking down to me instead of talking to me. Not sure if it had to do with the color of my skin or what but I would assume so just off the strength of her calling me around 5pm a day prior to me getting my braces off and her telling me not to wear any “bandanas or bonnets” because they will be taking photos. I’ve never worn a bonnet nor “bandanna” to their establishment let alone in public, period. There definitely needs to be a course on how to treat and talk to patients. Granted my teeth came out very nice, I would prefer to go somewhere where they actually care about their patients and treat them with respect especially with the amount that I paid! If I ever need orthodontic care or any dental care at all this definitely would not be my first choice."

"Worst experience I have ever had. First I made an initial apt. They called a day before saying they actually are not open that day. So I have to re set the apt. When I had the apt they were late to work. Leaving me waiting, making me late to work. Then they said I need my wisdom teeth taken out. I schedule an apt for the following month. They called me to confirm my apt on the wrong day. I corrected them on the day and time. I took a day off work, drove an hour to get my wisdom teeth taken out. When I arrive they lost my paperwork, I had to redo that. Then they lost my scans. When they finally found my scans they looked at them, then got in my mouth and said they are unable to take them out bc they are to intense and my jaw is to small. I remind you, this is the same dentist who suggested I come back for him to take them out. So now my day has been wasted, I have to find a new dentist who will accept my insurance and start the process all over again. These ppl are very disorganized and make you feel very uncomfortable."

"The staff are so nice, and extremely informative. I’m not coming or going with any surprises or confusion. I may pay a little more to get what I need done, but this is my TEETH! And Destistry/Orthodontics are one of those things where YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! And Dr. Lehky’s office is completely worth the time and money spent. I get FREE WHITENING when done with my treatment, they have a special “in house plan” for Medicaid Ins policy holders, AND they’re one of the only ortho’s in the US that do behind the teeth braces! My smile is beautiful thanks to Dr. Lehky and her team! :D"

I had a wonderful opportunity to get affordable braces for my daughter on a monthly plan. She also got same day installation of braces. The dental service was fast and effecient.
