"The store manager Chase is very rude. He has the worse customer service relations that I have ever experienced. He does not treat customers like customers. The store was supposed to be open at noon. I arrived at 12:55 and a sign on the Door said he would be back at 1:25. This is the second time I have had an encounter with him and neither experience was pleasant. I tried returning a headset for the second time and I bought a 2 year warranty and he tried to tell me to return the headset I had to buy another warranty. I have never heard of that before. And if that's gamestops warranty then it is not worth the money for the warranty. I will travel to a different gamestop if I need something quick. But if I can order it online from someplace different I will. I am to old for some young man to talk to me the way he did."
