"This store manager was so rude I cant even describe it. We bought a pair of shoes for my daughter and she tried them on at home but the size was too small so we brought it back a week later and they gave us a whole fit about it. The sales associate was so rude and said that we owed them money since we got the shoe on sale, which didn’t make any sense so we asked for the manager. The manager came and immediately had an attitude and told us to tone down our attitude otherwise he was going to kick us out. He kept throwing the shoe boxes around with an attitude on the counter at us, while we were just confused as to the price change. we didnt even raise our voices or said anything bad and we just asked for an explanation as to the price change. Both my sister and I were so confused and in shock of the attitude we received that we couldnt even say anything and just paid and left. Not to mention i believe the store workers were smoking marijuana as the entire store reeked of weed."
"At 1104, the gate was barely open, after waiting for the staff to stop chit chatting, we went in, and was told we will open shortly. I asked when do you open, guy said 11, I said it's after 11, he then said well, 11 to 11:15. I said f it, I'm out. This is the reason brick and mortar stores are failing. The one thing they had was customer service. Not any more"
