Verizon

"Well so much for the better service. I've been trying to get something done about phone service for the phone at the business. Talked to them on Monday, they were checking on something and were to call me back, it is now Thursday and no reply. So these issues have caused me to have to pay the other Internet provider 2 extra months. So sounds like they wanted to take care of me to get a better review.I want to say thank you to the District Manager and associate who worked hard to fix this situation. Awesome job ladies, I really appreciate all you done to straighten this out. 100 percent satisfied with what they were able to do GREAT JOB ladies! I switched my regular account over to a business account, based on the information I was given, by employees of this store. Apparently the information I was given wasn't correct. My bill was twice as much as I was told it would be. My phone's were to be free on my regular account, and I'm being billed for them. The charges for just the phones on the business account are more than I was paying originally. I have made multiple attempts to get answers from your store, and keep getting the run around. So now I have a major issue with three of the employees in this store . I have been with Verizon for over 30 years and have never thought of changing carriers, but this has me very seriously considering it. I would appreciate this issue being corrected, by this store. This is having a negative affect on my business."

She spent ~ 4 hours and on the phone with multiple departments to get everything taken care of for us. After all that work, she helped us upgrade our phones and made sure everything was good to go before we left. Thank you so much, Kayla!"

"This store has fantastic employees. My phone had quit working. Jake Miller was able to fix it and my billing issue. He was professional and problem resolved until all of the issues regarding my service were corrected. I hope this company realizes what a valuable employee they have in Jake."
