"Very poor customer service. Bought a organizer from them that was missing the hardware. I tried to call, but got a machine telling me I needed to go online, so I did. I told them it was missing the hardware. It took over a week, and when it arrives this morning it was not the hardware at all. It was stickers only. So I tried calling again and again I got machine stating they could not take my call please go online. This is very bad customer service. So far it's been 2 weeks and I can not put together this organizer, or get a physical person to assist me. I will never get anything else from Sauder again!!"
