"I ordered a letterman jacket for my son in mid November and made my deposit. I was told I’d be sent an invoice through email but after a week without one I called to inquire. Still nothing. Days later the owner, Dan, called me to ask what I wanted. I told him I still have not received an invoice and he told me he didn’t think it was “pertinent” that I have one at that time since it was going to take 6 weeks for the jacket to be completed. I told him since I was paying for it that it was “pertinent” to me. Another week went by and I still didn’t get an invoice, I showed up in person and spoke with Dan who completely denied that he ever spoken to me. I was finally given an invoice by an employee. Seven weeks went by and I hadn’t heard anything about the status of my son’s jacket. I called and was told that they were sent the wrong jacket. I called again at week 8 and was told that they still don’t know anything. Finally at week ten I gave up and told them I was going somewhere else. Having delays is one thing and is understandable. But not communicating with customers is unacceptable. Very unprofessional."
