"Need to tend to their customers upon entry. Better customer service when you greet each customer as they enter the store. Employees need to be more customer friendly as well as communication with each customer. Spent a good amount of time wandering around before we finally asked for some assistance. Other than that, the shoes purchased we are very happy with. Not over priced, reasonably priced compared to other stores we went to. Better selection. They could have better sales."
